Update 19 Changes

New sounds for the following weapons:

- Warden Tripod MG

- Colonial Tripod MG

- Warden Double-Barrel Tripod Blaster thing (I can't remember the name and really don't care enough to look)

- Warden Pistol

Other changes include:

- Slight reduction of all Artillery Fire sound volumes.

Apologies in advance if some of the new sounds in this update suck, I've been pretty busy and exhausted lately. I'll probably end up changing some of them in the future.
